Welcome to Chalallet Anjar Hotel and resturant ,the hotel is beautifully situated right next to the Anjar spring and a 10-minute walk from the ruins of Anjar's ancient fortress.
On one side, the high bare steep hillside of the Anti-Lebanon leading to the border with Syria on the other side, the extensive,Flat bright green irrigated fields of the Bekaa. The highlight on the menu of the hotel is homegrown trout, which reach up to 10kg in the in the cold water of the spring.Guests come from all around for this famous dish. The hotel interior is brand new (may 2004), functional and modern. The wide shaded restaurant (the terrace) has the sound of fountains, running water and ducks playing all around the place.
